My journey to becoming a therapist began as a school counselor in the K-12 education system. Growing up in a single-parent household, I became deeply aware of the challenges often faced during childhood and the lasting impact these experiences can have on families and adulthood. As a school counselor, I built meaningful relationships and recognized the value of holding space for individuals with diverse needs. These experiences inspired me to expand my work and engage more directly with individuals in a clinical setting, with the hope of fostering healing and growth while addressing the unique needs of each person.
In my free time, I enjoy staying active at the gym or exploring the landscapes of Western Montana. I’m a lifelong Philadelphia Eagles fan and spend quiet moments honing my guitar skills. I’m also passionate about aesthetically pleasing activities, whether it’s crafting the perfect pour-over coffee, diving into interior design, or curating new additions to my fashion collection!
