Hi! I’m Connor, a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate. As a therapist, I’m passionate about sitting with people as they explore the challenges they’re facing, the stories they tell about these experiences, and empowering them to reclaim authorship of their narrative. I have experience working with teens, young adults, adults in individual, couples, and group therapy.
Those who know me—friends, family, and clients alike—often describe me as warm, reflective, thoughtful, direct, intentional, and patient. Outside of therapy, you’ll find me playing pickleball, experimenting with new recipes, dog watching at the park, enjoying a podcast (usually Armchair Expert), or diving into any A24 film.
I believe people change through connection. I approach therapy through an attachment-based and existential lens, focusing on the relationships we cultivate with our inner selves, our communities, and the world around us. With a background in Philosophy and a strong value for connection and community, I’ve found my purpose in empowering individuals to find their voice and advocate for themselves in meaningful ways.
I’m honored to be alongside you on your journey, helping you explore your inner world, make meaning of your experiences, and work toward greater clarity, connection, and growth.

My approach facilitates conversations of connection—with yourself, your loved ones, your community, and the world around you. As we navigate life, our sense of connection and safety can shift, and together we’ll explore ways to cultivate emotional, psychological, and physical safety. The strategies we develop to meet our safety needs often serve us well, but over time, some may stop working and even keep us feeling stuck. My role is to help you recognize where these patterns support you and where they may be holding you back from your most authentic self. I provide a supportive, affirming space that embraces individual identities through a disability-affirmative and LGBTQ+ affirmative approach, all within a trauma-informed lens.
