At Vanda, we are deeply rooted in our beliefs that human connection is necessary and is key to our survival. Our work is grounded in attachment theory that leans on various frameworks to support individual identities such as disability-affirmative therapy, LGBTQ+ affirmative therapy, and a trauma-informed lens to enhance our journey together.
