Our collective approach

At Vanda, we are deeply rooted in our beliefs that human connection is necessary and is key to our survival. Our work is grounded in attachment theory that leans on various frameworks to support individual identities such as disability-affirmative therapy, LGBTQ+ affirmative therapy, and a trauma-informed lens to enhance our journey together. We work to be accessible, responsive, and emotionally engaged in the work that we do in therapy. We collaborate to develop goals that align with what you want to get out of our time together. The space we offer seeks to facilitate development and provide a deep understanding in every session.
